All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping across the United States takes 5-7 business days via USPS or UPS with tracking information included. For our local clients in Queens, NY, we also offer premium Same-Day Delivery options on eligible orders placed before 1:00 PM.

Service Conditions & Hours:
-Order Cut-Off Time: Place your order before 1:00 PM to receive your items today.
-Days of Operation: This service is available Monday through Thursday, as well as on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
-Friday Exception: Please note that same-day delivery is not available on Fridays. Any order placed on a Friday will be processed for delivery on Saturday.
-Late Orders: Purchases completed after 1:00 PM on operational days will be scheduled for delivery the following day.

J.C. HYPE & ESSENCE is not responsible for packages stolen from properties or porches once the carrier (USPS/UPS) marks the tracking number as "Delivered". The customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier for any post-delivery theft.
