REFUND POLICY

To maintain the product integrity and absolute quality of our luxury fragrances, we do not accept returns once a perfume has been opened, unsealed, or used. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof, and we will issue a full refund or replacement immediately.

Due to strict hygiene standards, all decants, samples, and travel vials are final sale and non-refundable under any circumstances. For full-size bottles, returns are only accepted if the item is completely unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed factory cellophane wrap.
